Projects include renovations, freestanding locations and interior fit-ups. Top picture is of The Romence Village, located in Portage, MI, a mixed-use retail shopping center with 105,000 sf of lease space owned by Allied Capital Corp. The bottom picture shows a Stein Mart renovation of approximately 50,000 sf of interior space in North Dekalb Mall in Atlanta, GA.
