Convenience Store with Additional Food Service Space
Developed design for convenience store with attached Wendy’s restaurant. Developed design to allow one set of common restrooms for both convenience store and restaurant. Worked with owners, equipment suppliers, and interior graphics vendor to develop complete permit, bid, and construction drawings including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Worked with civil engineer to develop site design to optimize parking and fueling truck access to retail fueling. Developed large self-serve area and large cooler/freezer areas. Handled all building permitting services.
