Grayson, Georgia
MRP designed and engineered this 19,700sf retail shopping center along guidelines set by the City of Grayson, Georgia. Design requirements dictated that the facility's exterior match architectural styles from turn of the century (c. 1900) downtown Grayson. The resulting design meets and exceeds the city's expectations, and the facility was completed on schedule and 100% leased prior to completion.
